BSI is a general contracting and construction management company founded by Jeffrey P. Boysen, who has been a Licensed California General Contractor since 1979.

The company and its principal have diverse experience in providing General Contracting, Construction Management and Owner Representative Services.

As General Contractors our residential experience includes high-end custom residential, production housing, and multi-family housing—both apartments and condominiums.

We also provide Construction Management and Owner Representative Services for churches, private/parochial schools, office and medical buildings, master planned communities, golf courses, public works projects and environmentally impaired properties.
