Webster defines a partner as, "one who undertakes something with another." It has been our experience that the most successful projects are the projects that are driven by people who understand the concept of "partnering." BSI has many partners that we work with in building our projects, such as: sub-contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, suppliers and others, but the most important partner is the person or company that we are building for. Some firms may consider this association simply a client relationship, but at BSI we have a different view.

When we enter into an agreement to build a project for a person or a company, we understand that we are preparing to "undertake something with another." As webster defines it, this person or company is not a client, but rather a partner and we appreciate the difference. BSI considers everyone we build for , a Building Partner. This basic idea influences how we manage our relationships, our projects, and our business.

As a committed Building Partner, it is the responsibility of BSI to manage each project in such a fashion as to meet or exceed the Owner's expectations.

The three Latin words that best describe our focus on this issue:

Tractus: the course, progress, movement of time
Curo: to care for, manage, or administer money
Qualitas: quality, property, nature

By directing our attention to these three simple ideas we have found that we can consistently deliver successful projects.
