Joseph E. Furnish has been involved with all phases of Southern California real estate acquisition, development, constrction, and property management for over 25 years.

In 1978, he joined U.S. Housing and began working in their property management division. During his 13 year association with U.S. Housing, Joe served as the Project Manager for the Century Freeway Housing Development Program and as Vice President of the Single Family Residential Division. Coordinating with Architects, Engineers, City and State Agencies he re-zoned and oversaw the construction of over 1,000 residential units and numerous commercial properties.

During the 1990's, Joe was a corporate officer for several private and public companies. Within these companies, he oversaw the commercial property management departments, served as the escrow and title manager, and coordinated the development, entitlement and re-zoning of company owned property.

Currently, Joe is the President of his own company and provides real estate services for various private and public clients.
